Terms and Conditions

This promotional offer (“Offer”) is provided by Grid Titans, LLC and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Offer.
Eligible homeowners will receive $500 off the cost of a standard EV charger installation performed by Grid Titans. This Offer is limited to one (1) discounted installation per residence.

Eligibility.
This Offer is available exclusively to original purchasers of homes within the Penstemon Place Subdivision whose home purchase included a solar system installed by Grid Titans, and who have registered their solar system using the QR code provided in their welcome packet.

This Offer is non-transferable and may not be assigned to subsequent homeowners. Subsequent purchasers of eligible homes are encouraged to contact Grid Titans directly to inquire about available offers at the time of their purchase.

Validity Period.
This Offer is available to eligible homeowners for forty-eight (48) months from the date of their home’s purchase and closing. Grid Titans reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Offer at any time and at its sole discretion. Homeowners are encouraged to confirm the availability of this Offer prior to scheduling installation.

Restrictions.
This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or incentives. This Offer has no cash value.

Installation and Warranty.
Installation workmanship will be covered under Grid Titans’ standard workmanship warranty. Equipment warranties, if any, are provided by the respective manufacturer and are separate from this Offer.

General.
Participation in this Offer is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions. By redeeming this Offer, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
